projects overview

I am interested in collaboration in a number of research areas.


The first area of interest is Molecular Pathology. 

There are three projects underway here.

One is to expand the Ligands section of this website,  which takes as a premise that there are small molecules, ligands, that interact with DNA in such a way as to alter DNA at the secondary and tertiary structure level and as a consequence, affect the binding of regulatory proteins to the DNA. The LigandsList provides a large number of literature references to ligands, their effects on DNA structure and, where known, on protein binding. See Ligands and Gene Regulation
