projects overview

We are interested in collaboration in a number of research areas.

The first area of interest is Molecular Pathology.

There are three projects underway here.

One is to expand a website - a wiki- that takes as a premise that there are small molecules, ligands, the interact with DNA in such a way as to alter DNA at the secondary and tertiary structure level and as a consequence, affect the binding of regulatory proteins to the DNA. The wiki list a large number of literature references to ligands, there effects on DNA structure and, where known, on protein binding. See Ligands and Gene Regulation
