For B-DNA (Classic or Watson-Crick DNA) Secondary Structure includes such features as:
Strands:
Antiparallel (one 5' to 3'; the other 3' to 5')
No irregular features
Backbone:
Smooth backbone line
Backbone on the outside, base-pairs on the inside
Backbone on the outside, base-pairs on the inside
Bases:
Bases paired (A-T, G-C)
Base-pairs flat, planar
10 bases per turn
Helix:
Right-handed helix (clockwise)
