Regulogenesis Assays
Regulogenesis is herein defined as the effect of small molecules on the secondary or tertiary structure of DNA in order to affect, positively or negatively, the binding of regulatory proteins to DNA. Regululogenesis Assays are short term tests using bacteria or other systems in order to determine if a given test chemical has such an effect.
